Recapping The Week

Over the last week I’ve shared with you some of the Myths of Financing that are floating out there and talked about how I created a multi million dollar portfolio (twice as I had to rebuild it after the recession) all without using traditional financing or qualifying for a mortgage and often with only a few thousand dollars down!

I also talked about how random changes by government bodies can derail an individual’s ability to purchase homes and how this is taking place right now in Canada. The new lending rules the government put in place are locking people out of buying and many of these people have money in hand but cannot qualify according to the new rules, the traditional way anyway.

In that video I explain how this is creating an incredible opportunity for those that understand how to match those people with the other group of motivated people out in the world who need to sell but may have little equity or little time and just need someone to help them connect.

Finally, in the third webinar I talk about the basics of Joint Ventures which is how I personally have raised over $35,000,000, yes that’s millions, in capital allowing me to buy Real Estate.

It’s the combination of these three webinars that have allowed me to create those multi million dollar Real Estate holdings and it’s something that can be duplicated by anyone.
