Rather than overwhelming you with the entire library of Street Smart Training Julie gets you started with strategies and tactics to start buying Real Estate creatively and in many cases with little or possibly zero money down.
This can be by far the most exciting part of the Real Estate business and the training covers everything from how to analyze properties using Julie’s Street Smart Analyzer system to finding motivated sellers so you can buy with little down.
Once you have the fundamentals down you’ll move onto more advanced topics like Agreements for Sale, Lease Options and Vendor Takebacks so you’ll have a complete toolbox moving forward. It’s these advanced techniques that can help beginners grow their portfolio quickly and with minimal risk.
Once you’ve completed the eight weeks of training you’ll be educated the street Smart Way and be ready to move forward. It’s not uncommon for students to already be active within the first couple of sessions and if that’s the case we’re here to help you as well as we’re committed to your success.
As the second part of the Street Smart Education we also have the Street Smart Educated Landlording. This is where you’ll learn the basics of writing your ads to attract the best possible tenants, the basics of selecting great tenants and the important of preparation and paperwork to move you forward.
The two weeks of landlord training help complement the rest of the course and set you up to not only purchase properties, but now put tenants or tenant buyers into place to help you succeed.
